Dofus Builds is a free online build calculator for Dofus 3. Pick your class and level, equip items from the full in-game database, allocate your characteristic points, and watch your damage, resistances and set bonuses update instantly. You can forgemage individual items, plan the resources needed to craft your gear, compare spell damage against your equipment, and save or share any build with a link — no account required.
Characteristic points and scrolls
Your budget is (level − 1) × 5 points, and each characteristic has its own price: Vitality costs 1 point, Wisdom costs 3, and Strength, Intelligence, Chance and Agility get more expensive every 100 points. The Stats panel enforces those prices as you type, and a separate scroll column adds up to 100 free points per characteristic, so you always see exactly where your budget goes.

Spell and weapon damage
The Spells window lists every spell of your class with damage calculated from your current build: your characteristic and Power scale the base roll, flat damage is added, then % spell or weapon damage and the melee or ranged bonus are applied. Switch between melee and ranged, or back to the raw numbers, to compare items by what they actually change.

Percentage and fixed resistances
Items mix two different resistance stats: percentage resistance removes a share of every hit, while fixed resistance subtracts a flat amount after that. The Resistance panel keeps them in separate columns for the five elements, plus critical, pushback, melee and ranged resistance, so you can balance a build against big hits and against many small ones.

Set bonuses
Wearing two or more pieces of a set activates its bonus table, and only the highest tier you reach is applied — the tiers never stack. The Set Bonuses panel shows each active set, how many pieces you wear and what that tier gives, which makes it easy to spot when a partial set is worth more than completing it.
Guide: how set bonuses work →
Forgemagie and exos
The hammer on any equipped item opens a forgemagie editor: change the value of each line, add new lines, or add an AP, MP or Range exo. The calculator respects the caps of 12 AP, 6 MP and 6 Range and never counts the same exo twice. Weapons can also be maged from neutral to another element, at 85% of their original damage.

Auto-Builder
Tell the Auto-Builder your level, the AP, MP and Range you need and which characteristics matter most, and it searches the whole item database for the combination of gear that fits best, set bonuses included. You can require or forbid specific items, then fine-tune the result by hand.
Teams of up to 8 characters
Switch to Team mode to plan up to eight characters side by side, each with its own gear, characteristics and class. A single share link carries the whole team, and the Craft Zone can list the resources for one character or for everyone at once.
Is Dofus Builds free?
Yes — the whole site is free, with no paywall and no premium tier. Every feature works without an account; signing up only adds cloud saving for your builds.
How do I create a Dofus 3 build?
Choose your class and character level, then click any equipment slot to search the item database and equip a piece. Allocate your characteristic points in the Stats panel on the left, and the Damage and Resistance panels on the right recalculate on every change.
Does it calculate set bonuses automatically?
Yes. As soon as you equip two or more items from the same set, the Set Bonuses panel shows the active tier and adds its effects to your totals. Only the highest tier you qualify for is applied, exactly like in game.
Can I share a build with other players?
Yes. The Share button generates a short link that reopens the exact build in the calculator. You can also publish a build to the Public Builds page, where anyone can browse community builds and load them into the builder.
Which version of Dofus is supported?
Dofus 3, the Unity version. The item, set and spell databases are refreshed after each game patch. A separate beta page mirrors the Dofus 3 beta server so you can test upcoming content.
Can I plan the resources needed to craft my gear?
Yes. The Craft Zone lists every crafting ingredient for the items in your build, grouped by item or summed across the whole build. You can track how much of each resource you already own and hide the ones you have finished.
Is Dofus Builds made by Ankama?
No. It is an unofficial fan project made by a Dofus player, with no affiliation to or endorsement from Ankama. Dofus is a registered trademark of Ankama.
